摘要
污染因子权重的确定是影响重金属综合污染评价结果的关键因素。基于改进AHP法,根据《粮食及制品中重金属限量标准》(NY861-2004)规定的限量值,计算农作物重金属污染因子的权重。并将基于AHP综合加权指数法对遂宁射洪县玉米示范区的21个玉米品种籽粒重金属(As、Hg、Cu、Zn、Cd、Cr、Pb)污染水平进行评价,并以目前广泛应用的内梅罗指数法计算得到的综合污染指数进行对比。结果表明:21个玉米品种籽粒重金属含量均低于《粮食及制品中重金属限量标准》;采用改进AHP的加权综合指数法比内梅罗指数法更能准确地反映籽粒中多种重金属的实际污染状况。从食用安全的角度考虑,"金玉308"、"雅玉10"、"正红311"比剩余其他玉米品种籽粒积累重金属的能力更低,有利于降低重金属在食物中的富集,更有力地保障了粮食的安全性。
Determining weights of heavy metal contaminations is important to assess pollution of heavy metal concentration in crops.In this study,weights of heavy metal contaminations were computed according to National Standards of People's Republic of China(NY 861-2004) by improved AHP model.The improved AHP comprehensive index model and the Nemero index model,were respectively used to study heavy metal(As,Hg,Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr,Pb) concentration in grain of twenty-one Zea may cultivars from Zea mays planting demonstration zones in Suining city.The results showed that heavy metal concentration in grain was lower than what is prescribed in national standards of People's Republic of China;that with the improved AHP,the weighted comprehensive index model could more accurately reflect the real contamination of heavy metals in Zea mays.Finally,Jinyu 308,Yayu 10,Zhenghong 311 were screened as cultivars with low accumulation of multi-heavy metals in grain by the weighted comprehensive index model,which helps to reduce concentration of heavy metals in crops and ensure the safety of grain product.
