摘要
2008年底造成大规模农民工失业,工资下降,而时隔一年到2009年底却又出现企业招工难的现象,这一过程对我国农民工劳动关系产生影响。国际金融危机是产生影响的直接原因,而深层次的原因则是我国劳动关系运行市场化以及劳动关系所涉及的三方决策目标变化。为了保护农民工的合法权益,解决他们在劳动关系中存在的问题,需要努力将农民工组织到工会中来,推动建立平等协商制度。
Mass unemployment of migrant workers and wage decrease emerged in China at the end of 2008.However,only one year later,at the end of 2009,quite a few enterprises encountered the challenge of migrant-worker shortage.This phenomenon has exerted great influence on labor relations among migrant workers.The intermediate cause for it is the international financial crisis,while the underlying causes are the marketization of labor relations and changes in decision-making goals for the parties concerned.In order to safeguard the legal rights and interests of migrant workers and solve the problems in labor relations,migrant workers should be organized into trade unions and collective bargaining concerned should also be established.
