摘要
目的:探讨大鼠消化性溃疡与浊毒相关研究,制造浊毒证溃疡模型,寻找浊毒致病机理,为浊毒理论临床研究提供实验根据。方法:30只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)、湿热证溃疡组(B组)、模拟浊毒证溃疡组(C组)。对照组正常饲养,另两组采用湿热环境加高脂高糖饮食和白酒的综合造模,并用乙酸侵蚀胃壁制造胃溃疡方法,制造消化性溃疡湿热证和模拟浊毒证模型。分别测定各组大鼠溃疡指数、肛温变化、血浆PAF、ET、CGRP及血清NO水平。结果:前17天各造模组肛温波动不大,与A组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),各造模组进入造模箱后,与A组比较肛温均升高(P<0.01),C组较B组升高(P<0.01);溃疡指数C组较B组为高(P<0.05);血浆PAF、ET水平:与A组比较B、C组均升高(P<0.01),C组较B组为高(P<0.05);血浆CGRP及血清NO水平:与A组比较B、C组均降低(P<0.01),C组较B组为低(P<0.05)。结论:浊毒证的形成可能与大鼠血浆PAF、ET水平升高,及血浆CGRP、血清NO水平降低有关。
Objective:to discuss the associated research on peptic ulcer and cloud drug,and to make ulcer model induced by cloud drug so to find out the drug pathogenesis and provide test bases to clinical study of cloud drug. Methods:30 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into normal group (A),dampness ulcer group (B) and simulated cloud toxic syndrome ulcer group (C). A group were normally fed while the other two groups were fed in hot and humid environment with high sugar and high fat diet and alcohol,and acetic acid was used to erose the gastric wall to make peptic ulcer models with damp-heat and simulated cloud drug before the detection of ulcer indexes,tectal temperature changes,plasma PAF,ET,CGRP and serum NO level. Results:in the former 17 days,the rectal temperatures in model groups did not change much with no significant difference compared with A group (P>0.05); but in the modeling box,the rectal temperatures were higher (P<0.01) and C were higher than B (P<0.01); ulcer index of C group were higher than B (P<0.05); PAF and ET were higher than A (P<0.01),and C were higher than B (P<0.05); CGRP and NO of B & C decreased (P<0.01),and C were lower than B (P<0.05). Conclusion:Cloud toxic syndrome may be related to PAF,ET increase and CGRP,NO decrease.
