纳米锑掺杂氧化锡水悬液分散稳定性研究

摘要 通过测定纳米锑掺杂氧化锡(Antimony doped Tin Oxide,ATO)水分散液的纳米粒子粒径分布、沉降性能、黏度、以及Zeta电位等,探讨了黏度、纳米ATO粒子的粒径分布、粒子Zeta电位、分散剂的类型对悬液分散稳定性的影响.结果表明,悬液的黏度、粒子粒径分布以及Zeta电位间具有良好的相关性;同时发现以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(Poly(vinylpyrrolidine)/cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromine,PVP/CTAB)作为复合分散剂时,在pH<3.0时也能得到黏度低、粒径小、分散稳定的纳米ATO悬液. The colloidal stability of suspensions of Antimony doped Tin Oxide(ATO)nanoparticles was investigated by measuring particle size distribution,sedimentation,viscosity,and zeta potential in this paper.ATO particles were found to be bad dispersed and agglomerate obviously at pH below 3.0 without dispersants.In the condition of this experiment,the iep shifted little under the existence of single nonionic or cationic dispersant.However,the surface charge of ATO particles changed significantly with compound dispersant of poly(vinylpyrrolidine)(PVP)/cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromine(CTAB).It was discussed that the large change of surface charge of ATO particles may owe to the synergy of the pyrrolidine ring of PVP and the cationic group of CTAB.The surface charge of ATO particles was changed successfully and the stability of ATO suspension in aqueous could be controlled by pH variation and the optimum dispersant compounds.
