摘要
选择1日龄快大型岭南黄肉鸡180只,随机分成4个组,其中A组为空白对照,饲喂基础日粮;B组在基础日粮中添加1.00 g/kg的姜黄粉;C组在基础日粮中添加2.00 g/kg的姜黄粉;D组在基础日粮中添加5.00 g/kg的姜黄粉,分别于21、35和49日龄就姜黄粉对快大型岭南黄鸡的生产性能、免疫器官指数和抗氧化能力的影响进行了研究.结果表明,添加5.00 g/kg的姜黄粉能够显著提高快大型岭南黄鸡的全期增重和降低料肉比,降低死亡率,显著提高试验鸡的免疫器官指数和血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)的活力,降低血清中丙二醛(Malonedialdehyde,MDA)含量.从而证明姜黄粉可以改善黄鸡的生产性能,提高免疫器官指数和抗氧化能力.
A total of 180 Lingnan yellow broilers were divided randomly into four groups that were respectively treated as control(A group) and 3 experimental groups(B,C and D group).Broilers in different groups were fed a normal diet.Turmeric powder was separately added into B、C and D groups as a dosage of 1.00 g/kg,2.00 g/kg adn 5.00 g/kg.Effect of turmeric powder on performance,immune organ index and anti-oxidative ability in Lingnan yellow broiler were researched respectively at 21,35 and 45-day-old.The results showed that addition of 5.00 g/kg turmeric powder significantly improved the whole weight gain,decreased feed conversion ratio,lowered mortality,with a significant increase in the immune organ indexes of broilers,including SOD,CAT and GSH-PX activities,and a decrease in MDA level,resulting in an improved performance of yellow broiler.
