摘要
论述熔融沉积制造(FDM)技术的成形机理,建立FDM工艺堆积成形过程的传热模型,并对这类边界移动的传热模型采用数值解的方法求出在成形过程中层间对应位置上的温度分布情况,为分析粘结效果提供直接的理论依据。通过实际成形实验。
The forming mechanism of Fused Deposition Modeling technology is described in this paper. The thermal transfer model during FDM process is established and the theoretical temperature distribution is obtained based on this model to help the analysis on the bonding effects of FDM process. The importance of this thermal transfer model has been supported by real building experiments.
