摘要
提出一种液压式静强度试验机的新构思,应用传感器及计算机技术,以一只比例节流阀为控制器构成微机控制电液系统,具有压力控制及速度控制双重功能,并在传统的液压式压力机及万能材料试验机上获得了良好的试验结果。理论和试验两方面表明:这种新构思可广泛用于各种液压式试验机上,使之赋于应力速率及应变速率控制功能,达到现代强度检测的要求。
In this paper a new idea is proposed for hydraulic static testing machine. Using transducer and computer technique, only one proportional throttle valve is applied as an controller to construct electric-hydraulic system to complete both pressure control and velocity control. This idea has been realized in traditional hydraulic pressure testing machine and hydraulic universal materials testing machine, and some excellent results have been obtained. According to the theory and practice, the new idea can be widely applied for various hydraulic testing machines to measure the static strength of materials with the ability to control stress and strain rates, and meet the need of modern strength testing.
