摘要
以许昌市西部浅山丘陵区工程造林现状为例,通过对该区域内宜林地工程造林在科技支撑、资金支撑以及林地管理、林权制度改革等方面存在问题的调查与分析,探讨提出了浅山丘陵区生态工程造林需要解决的关键技术问题。
