摘要
提出一种基于静压轴承原理的新型测力缸塞系统。介绍该测力缸塞系统的工作原理和设计原理;对制造成功的该测力缸塞系统进行实验分析。实验结果表明,它不仅具有传统转缸系统的测力精度。
The paper introduces a new kind of standard pressure produced cylinder ram system based on the hydrostatic bearing.At first,the principle of the cylinder ram system is explained.Then the experiments are done to verify the effect of the cylinder ram system.The results show that the system possesses not only the same precision as that of the traditional revolving cylinder ram system but also the advantage of anti overturning and stability.The successful development of the system has a great significance in imporoving the precision of standard pressure produced machines in China.
