摘要
针对现代化数控机床要求创新性强、开发周期短的特点,分析了适应机床新产品需求的数字化设计要求。开发了系统化的数控机床数字化设计系统,系统包括新产品开发创新设计模块、验证设计质量的虚拟设计模块、人机工程设计模块、提高可靠性的质量寿命设计模块以及系统化集成的设计数据管理模块等部分。数字化设计系统应用于加工中心、铣头功能部件等数控机床新产品开发,获得了很好设计的效果。
In view of the great originality and short development lycle of NC machine tools,a digi- talized design system adapting to the new produh demand is analyzed. A digitalized design system of systematic NC machine tools is developed,including innovative desigh module of new product development, virtual design module for confirmation of desigh quality, the man-machine engineering design module, de- sign module to enhance reliable quality life expectancy, and data management module of systematic inte- gration parts. The digitlized design system is applied in new product development of machining center, milling head functional unit, and has produced positive effect.
