摘要
卡丁车是一种特殊的运动休闲类汽车,卡丁车竞赛也是国际汽联每年举办的世界汽车场地赛的一种。针对BJ-2型卡丁车的动力学性能,分析了其拓扑结构,讨论了基于相对坐标系的多体系统拉格朗日动力学方程建模思路,建立了基于SIMPACK软件的卡丁车多体动力学模型,进行了蛇形绕桩行驶、直道和弯道制动仿真分析。发现BJ-2型卡丁车的操纵性能和制动性能基本上满足GB 19194-2003《竞赛类卡丁车通用技术条件》标准规定,但急速转弯时横摆角速度有突变,右向转弯比左向转弯灵活,表明转向系结构参数需要改进优化。
Karting is a kind of special racing car, and karting race is one of the world car track races held by the International FIA every year. In this paper, in order to obtain the dynamical performance of the Model BJ -2 Karting, the topology is analyzed and the modeling of Lagrange dynamics equa- tion for multi-body dynamic systems based on the relative coordinates is discussed. The multi-body dy- namic model established on the platform of SIMPACK software is simulated and analyzed in the cases of the snake-shaped driving, braking in the straight and curved roads, etc. The simulating results show that the driving stability and the braking performance of the Model BJ - 2 Karting basically satisfy the rules of GB 19194 -2003" General Technological Conditions for Racing Karting". However, there is a mutation in the yaw velocity as it makes a sharp turn, and the right-turning is more flexible than the left-turning, which indicates that the structure parameters of the steering system need to be improved and optimized.
