基于LabVIEW圆度测量中的高斯滤波算法实现 被引量:1

摘要 为了实现对圆度误差评定过程中评定精度的提高,采用了一种数据前滤波算法。利用函数时域自卷积后对目标函数的逼近性,完成了在图形语言开发环境LabVIEW中对高斯圆度滤波算法的实现,并与典型的圆度数据滤波结果进行了比较分析和讨论。实验证明,该设计可以很好地完成对圆度采样数据的前滤波,使得对圆度误差的测量更加精确,达到了预期的目标。 In order to improve the accuracy of roundness error evaluation,a pre-fihering algorithm of data is proposed in this paper. By making use of the approximate character of the function after the convolution of time domain, Gaussian filtering algorithm in roundness measurement is achieved based on LabVIEW,which is a graphical language development software, and compared with the results of some typical roundness filtering. Experiments have proved that this design can make the measurements of roundness error more accurately by performing well in the process of the pre-fihering to roundness sample data, and expected purpose has been achieved.
