摘要
通过大型连铸机中间包包盖的损毁机理分析,设计改进包盖结构及材质,开发与应用包盖预制件、免烘烤莫莱石质浇注料、包盖密封技术等技术集成与创新,形成了具有自主知识产权的中间包包盖工艺技术,使中间包包盖使用寿命达到30～40个浇次。
The independent intellectual property of tundish cover process technology formed through a series of methods,which include analyzing damage mechanism of tundish cover of large conti-caster,designing and improving tundish cover structure and material,developing and utilizing tundish cover prefab,free baking mullite stone casting material,as well as technology integration and innovation of tundish cover sealing technology.In this way,the lifetime of tundish cover was able to attain 30 to 40 casting times.
