摘要
针对复方地巴唑氢氯噻嗪胶囊中钾含量的标志问题,采用马弗炉高温灰化、盐酸溶解残渣的前处理方式,采用火焰原子吸收法测定胶囊中钾含量。通过实验确定灰化温度为800℃,保持6 h,用盐酸溶解残渣,用NaCl作防电离剂。本方法线性范围为0.5-4.0 mg/L,线性方程为y=0.126 2x+0.001 3,相对标准偏差为0.39%,平均回收率达99.98%。该方法简便快速,准确度高,实用性强。
To the marked value in the sample,the method has been developed for the determination of KCl in compound bendazol and hydrochlorothiazide capsules by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The sample was treated in electrothermal stove to incinerate,and dissolved in HCl solution.The sample solution was prepared with water,and sodium chloride was added to eliminate interference.The linear range and formula were 0.5-4.0 mg/L and y=0.126 2x+0.001 3 respectively.The precision and recovery rate were 0.39% and 99.98%.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and practical.
