铜对两种海洋蓝藻的毒性效应研究 被引量:1

Toxic effect of copper on Synchococcus sp1 QD and Synchococcus sp2 QD

摘要 运用急性毒性实验方法,根据实验结果采用概率单位法确定了Cu抑制Synchococcussp1 QD和Synchococcussp2 QD两种蓝藻生长的48 h和96 h半效应浓度(48 h-EC50和96 h-EC50),并对各剂量方程进行了X2检验,结果真实可信。研究结果表明,Cu对藻类的抑制效应随Cu质量浓度的增加而增加,Cu对S.sp1 QD生长的48 h-EC50和96 h-EC50均大于S.sp2QD,Cu与不同藻细胞的亲和性不同是导致其抑制两种蓝藻生长毒性差异的主要原因。 The acute toxicity method was applied for 48h-EC50 and 96h-EC50 of copper on inhibition of the growths of Synchococcus sp1 QD and Synchococcus sp2 QD using the method of probability based on the test results,respectively.The results from the X2 test of each dose-response equations showed that 48h-EC50 and 96h-EC50 calculated were all precise and credible.The toxic effect of the copper on the two algae was enhanced with the concentration increased of copper.The different affinity of cells of different species of algae was the main cause for the different sensitivity of algae to copper.
