摘要
探讨了白刺种子处理和覆土处理对出苗时间、出苗率和出苗速率的影响。结果表明(:1)ABT处理种子后其出苗高峰期比温水浸果和温水浸种处理提前2-4 d,比干果播种提前6-8 d。(2)覆土1 cm的出苗高峰期比覆土2 cm和覆土3 cm分别提前2-4 d。(3)ABT处理种子后,其出苗率和出苗速率均高于温水浸果、温水浸种和干果播种;覆土1 cm的种子其出苗率和出苗速率均高于覆土2 cm和覆土3 cm的种子。
The effects of treatment and casing soil treatment on emergence time,rate of emergence and speed of e-mergence of Nitraria tangutorum seeds were discussed in this paper.The results showed that:(1) after ABT treatment,its emergence peak period of seed were 2~4 d earlier than soaking in warm water and soaking in warm water,and were 6 ~8 d earlier than dried fruit sowing.(2) Its emergence peak period of seed of casing 1 cm were earlier 2~4 d than cas-ing 2 cm and casing 3 cm respectively.(3) After ABT treatment seed,its germination rate and emergence rate were higher than fruit soaking in warm water,seed soaking in warm water and dried seed planting;its speed of emergence and rate of emergence of seed of casing 1 cm were higher than seed of casing 2 cm and casing 3 cm.
