摘要
用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定了福建海域中华白海豚(Sousa chinesis)皮脂中25种多氯联苯(PCBs)同系物的含量,并分析了其组成特征以及国际毒性当量。结果表明,白海豚皮脂的PCBs含量为1.731×10-6,同族物组成以含6和5个Cl的化合物为主,分别占总量的55.94%和19.06%,含Cl 5个以上的PCBs占总量的87.99%。PCBs同系物中以PCB153和PCB138含量最高,分别占总量的21.19%和21.17%,其次分别是PCB149、PCB101、PCB170、PCB52、PCB118、PCB180,在3.41%和9.04%之间。皮脂的PCBs国际毒性当量为2.165×10-9,没有对白海豚的健康造成威胁。
The residues of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in the blubber of Sousa chinesis from Fujian waters were analyzed by GC/MS.Total 25 PCB congeners were detected,and the results showed that PCBs contents in the blubber were 1.731×10-6,which belonged to relatively lower level in the world.The contents of hexachlorobiphenyls were the highest in all of the PCB homologs groups,accounting for 55.94%,followed by pentachlorobiphenyls,occupying19.06%.The contents of PCB153 and PCB138 were the highest in all of the congeners,21.19% and 21.17%,respectively.PCB149,PCB101,PCB170,PCB52,PCB118,and PCB180 ranged from 3.41% to 9.04%.The TEQs of PCBs in the blubber was 2.165×10-9,not serious treat to the dolphin health.
