摘要
进行了不同初始NH4-N浓度,在实验水温20~24℃条件下,利用微生态制剂辅助,循环水养殖系统中自然微生物生物膜形成过程的实验研究。结果表明:不同NH4-N浓度对自然微生物生物膜形成产生显著影响,5、10和20 mg/L高浓度NH4-N更易于微生物的扩繁生长和生物膜形成,其生物膜达到预期水质净化效果的形成周期,即生物挂膜成熟周期,约需要35~40 d。生物挂膜成功后,形成很好的硝化作用,实验生物滤池中的NH4-N、NO2-N浓度均保持低于0.05 mg/L,COD浓度低于3 mg/L,显示出对NH4-N、NO2-N和COD很高的去处效果,但对PO4-P处理效果不明显。而1和2 mg/L低浓度NH4-N不易于微生物的扩繁生长,难以形成具有较好水质净化效果的生物膜,即生物挂膜难以成功。
The studied on the experiment of process of formed bio-film of the natural microbes was conducted by the microbial ecological agent assisted in different ammonia-nitrogen concentrations in re-circulating aquaculture systems,under the condition of water temperature 20 to 24℃.The results of experiments showed that different ammonia-nitrogen concentrations had a significant impact on bio-film formation of natural microbes in bio-filter.The bio-film was prone to expand,grow and form in high ammonia-nitrogen concentrations 5mg/L,10 mg/L,20 mg/L,and could complete the formation period of anticipating purifying effect of water quality,mature periods of bio-film formation were needed about 35~40 days.After the bio-film formation,the complete nitrification was established,ammonia-nitrogen and nitrite-nitrogen concentrations kept below 0.05 mg/L,and COD concentration was under 3 mg/L,but the treatment effect of phosphate was not obvious in experimental bio-filter.Contrarily,in the low ammonia concentrations of 1 mg/L,2 mg/L,the microbes were not prone to expand and grow,and were difficult to form the bio-film of preferable purifying effect of water quality,that was to say,it was difficult to form the bio-film successfully.
