摘要
分析了汽车焊装生产线上多款车型共线生产极易出现的错装、漏装等问题,认为防错方法尤为重要,其合理的运用可以有效降低产品生产成本、提高效率,保证产品质量,更可提高产品在市场的竞争力.通过生产线实例分析从SE、夹具等方面介绍多种防错手段在生产线的应用及其各自的特点.
In automobile production line of welding,the problems of misassembly and neglected loading in the same line of different type automobile are analyzed.The technology of error proofing is especially important,Its rational use not only effectively reduce product costs of production,increase efficiency and ensure the quality of products,but also improve the product in the market competitiveness.By an example from SE,the fixture,the electric field,the application and its individual peculiarities of preventive measures in the production line are introduced.
