摘要 为了降低深水油气田开发的成本,笔者对长距离天然气输送用高强管线钢的焊接性研究进展进行了评述,包括材料、焊接性、焊接工艺等问题。研究表明,采用高强管线钢能够显著降低材料运输、安装等各个环节的成本,采用合适的焊接工艺可获得令人满意的环焊缝接头,但是,在工程应用之前需要重点解决韧性、裂纹和焊接缺陷等关键问题。 To reduce the cost in exploration of deep water oil and gas,the current research and development status of study on different aspects of high strength pipeline steel for long distance gas transmission,including the material,weldability,welding procedure specification,and so on,were reviewed.Using high strength pipeline steel would greatly reduce costs in each step including material,transportation and installation.Although high quality girth weld can be produced through proper welding procedures,but some key problems such as toughness,crack initiation and girth weld defect still need to be resolved before further engineering application.
