深沟球轴承异常声的识别与监控

叠加在轴承基础噪声之中的各种异常声音叫异常声。异常声可以通过轴承振动波形的均方根值、峰值和波峰因数进行定量评估。为了改善和消除异常声，就应着重研究结构设计、加工几何误差和滚动表面缺陷，同时，成品轴承的洁净度、润滑和安装也十分重要。表３ 个，参考文献３ 篇。

The several kinds of noise w hich m ix w ith basic sound of the bearing are called abnorm alsound ofbearing. By the m eans ofRMSvalue, m axim um peak or crest fac- tor ofbearing vibration, the abnorm alsound can be evaluated quantitatively. In order to im - prove or elim inate abnorm alsound, the structuraldesign, geom etric error and rolling surface defect of the bearing should be studied em phatically. At the sam e tim e, the cleanliness, lu- brication and m ounting offinished bearing are very im portant.
