卫星飞轮用轴承的设计及应用

卫星飞轮轴承多数情况下是角接触球轴承。为了保证轴承的长寿命、高可靠性和高精度性能，轴承中最大受载钢球处的接触应力应低于１ ９６０ ＭＰａ；对轴承应施加轴向预载荷；采用适当的润滑方式和多孔含油保持架，以及进行必要的性能测试。附图１ 幅。

In m any applications, the angular contact ball bearings are used in statellite flyw heel. In order to ensure these bearings to have properties oflong life, high reliability and high accuracy, the contact stress on the ballw hich carries the m axim um load in the bearing should be low er than 1960 MPa.The axialpreload should be applied on the bearing. The proper lubricating w ay and oil im pregnated cage w ith m ulti hole are adopted, as w ellas nessary tests ofproperty are m ade.
