摘要
铜川焦坪矿区4-2煤层上覆岩层中有厚达300m的巨厚砾岩层,巨厚砾岩层在采动影响下一旦失稳,将导致包括地表山体滑坡、采空区瓦斯急剧涌出和矿震或冲击矿压等一系列难以控制的灾害。铜川矿务局采用留设区段大煤柱的部分开采方法控制覆岩运动,以确保巨厚砾岩层的稳定。为此,对留设区段大煤柱条件下的覆岩破坏规律进行了数值模拟研究,结果表明留设区段大煤柱的部分开采方法能有效地控制覆岩运动的范围和规模。在此基础上分析了巨厚砾岩的稳定性取决于区段大煤柱的稳定性并提出了灾害防治的措施。
Instability of 300m thick conglomerates over 4-2 Coal Seam in Jiaoping Mining Area induced by mining 4-2 Coal Seam will result in a series of disasters including surface mountain slide,underground methane gushing instantly and rock-burst.Tongchuan Mining Bureau applied part mining method with large coal pillar between mining district sublevels to controlling movement of overlying strata and keep stability of the conglomerate strata.This paper researched rules of overlying strata failure with numerical simulation.Simulation result showed that part mining method could effectively restrict movement range and degree of overlying strata.Based on this,this paper obtained that stability of extremely thick conglomerate was dependant on coal pillar stability and put forward disaster prevention measures.
