紫外光接枝丙烯酰胺亚麻织物活性染料的染色工艺 被引量:1

摘要 采用活性染料对紫外光接枝丙烯酰胺的亚麻织物进行染色,比较了光接枝丙烯酰胺前后亚麻织物的上染率,研究了染色时间、pH、电解质浓度、浴比、温度、碳酸钠等染色工艺条件对光接枝亚麻织物上染率的影响。结果表明,亚麻织物光接枝丙烯酰胺能够一定程度地提高亚麻织物的上染率;染色在初始染浴pH为4~5时上染率偏高;低浴比时上染率增大;对于双活性基活性染料,采用较低的固色温度50℃;如同亚麻织物原样染色,电解质硫酸钠仍起到促染作用,碳酸钠仍有显著的固色作用。光接枝丙烯酰胺引入的氨基对提高上染率贡献不大。 The acrylamide-photografted linen fabric was dyed with reactive dye. The dye uptake of the photografted linen fabric was compared with the untreated fabric. The effect of dyeing time, pH, electrolyte concentration, bath ratio, temperature and sodium carbonate on dye uptake was studied. The results showed that the dye uptake of photografted linen fabric was higher than that of untreated. The highest dye uptake was found at pH 4-5 of initial dyeing bath and in low bath ratio. Fixation temperature of 50 ℃was used for reactive dyes with iso-bifunctional group. The electrolyte of sodium sulfate could accelerate dyeing and sodium carbonate had obvious influence on dye fixation, as acted in dyeing of untreated fabric. The introduced amino group shows a slight contribution to enhancement of dye uptake.
