用汽提塔降低工艺塔出口反应水的COD

针对PET生产中工艺塔出口的反应水COD偏高,对废水站负荷造成影响的问题,通过对工艺塔出口反应水安装汽提塔,降低反应水COD,同时降低天然气单耗。

According to the problem that the high COD of the rectification column outlet reaction water in PET production.This problem had effect on the wastewater station load.Through adding stripper for rectification column outlet reaction water,the COD of the reaction water was reduced,the polymerization natural gas unit consumption was decreased at the same time.
