分析短丝装置能源消耗构成,通过采取强化能源管理、过程控制、优化工艺控制、优化设备运行、增大能源消耗基数等措施,降低了短丝装置能源消耗和生产成本。
The energy consumption composition of staple plant was analysed.Through strengthening energy management process control,optimization process control,optimization equipment operation,increasing the energy consumption cardinal number,the energy consumption and production cost of PET staple plant was decreased.
