摘要
近年来我国物流业整体效益不佳,诚信缺失,无序竞争现象严重。本文结合我国现行法律法规,通过几个具体的案例分析和研究现行法律制度下物流行业的合同法律风险及防范对策,并透析案件中的法与理,提出物流业风险管理对策。
In recent years,the logistics business of our country has seen a poor overall efficiency,lacking of integrity and disordered competitions.This paper makes an analysis and study of legal risk preventions of logistics contracts through several cases under the current laws and regulations,and offers the corresponding countermeasures for the risk management of logistics business.
