摘要
西南联大的教授治校制度在于协调了学术权力与行政权力的不同作用,把大学的管理权、决定权真正交给了教授,并强调管理者的民主管理意识与服务意识,是以教授为重、以学术为本理念的回归。这一民主管理模式不断促进联大出人才、出成果。本文对其以"教授会、校务委员会、校常务委员会"为核心的组织机构与其他管理机构的具体实践与运作进行分析、归纳与总结,希望对我国高校管理与教育改革有一定的借鉴和启示作用。
The faculty governance system of the National Southwest Associated University was the return of the concept of professor-oriented and academic-based schooling running policy by properly coordinating the different roles of academic power and administrative power,completely delivering its management right and decision-making right to the professor and laying stress on the democratic management sense and service consciousness of college directors.Such a democratic management mode,in turn,promoted a continuous emerge of excellent talents and academic achievements in NSAU.This paper makes an analysis,induction and summary of the practice and operation of the institutional framework and other management bodies with the Professor Committee,Administration Committee and Standing Committee as the core,which is a useful reference and of inspiration significance for the higher education management and reform in China.
