摘要
由于制造工艺的需要,AP1000工程的模块在制造过程中,经常需要吊装与翻转。由于部分模块的形状复杂,长度和重量都较大,吊装与翻转非常困难,并容易造成模块变形。本文在总结初步经验的基础上,探讨了合理的模块吊装翻转方法与工装设计。
As manufacturing process needs, modul es are often hoisted and upended in AP1000 project. Due to complex form, length and weight of modules, they are difficult to hoist and upend and easy to deform. On the basis of summarizing preliminary experience, this paper discusses the rational hoisting and upending method of module and tools and furnishing design.
