摘要
研究了在 0.1~0.4mol/L KOH介质中,用高碘酸钾(作为显色剂)与银反应生成黄色络合物,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.69×10~4L/mol^(-1)cm^(-1),最大吸收波长为365nm,银的含量在0~8.0mg/L(符合比尔定律),从而建立了一种新的分光光度法,应用到相纸、定影液中银的测定,结果令人满意。
A new method for determinig silver in printing paper and fixer by spectrophotometry is described. The silver reacted with potassium periodate in 0.1 ~ 0.4mol/L potassium bydroxide to form a yellow complex with the apparent molar absorptivity being 1.69L·.mol^-1·cm^-1. The maximum absorption wavelength was at 365nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 8.0mg/L. The experimental results are satisfactory.
