The Establishment of MGA Training System for Academies of Undergraduate Education

"合训分流"培养模式下,为促进学员第一任职能力与岗位需求相适应,需要在进入任职教育前加强军事基础训练,提高基层管理能力。提高学员基层管理能力,需要积极借鉴MBA教育理念和教学模式,从科学确立训练目标、合理设置训练内容、创新教学训练方法、加强能力考核认证等要素入手,着力构建部队基层管理能力(MGA)训练体系,从而促进"合训"阶段与"分流"阶段培养任务的无缝链接。

For the mode of concentrated education and distributed training,in order to adapt the cadets’ first post holding ability with the post requirements,it is necessary to strengthen the basic military training prior to the occupational education to improve the grass-root management ability. To enhance the cadets’ ability to manage grass-roots needs to learn from the educational concepts and teaching patterns of MBA. The training system for the ability to manage grassroots of the army （MGA） should be established on the basis of scientific identification of training objectives,reasonable setting of training subjects,innovation of teaching and training methods,and reinforcement of ability assessment and authentication. As a result,a seamless link is to be achieved between the cultivation in the concentrated education and the phase of distributed training stage.
