国防生管理能力培养的探索与实践

The Cultivation of the Management Capacity of National Defense Students

依托普通高校培养军队干部是新时期我国国防建设的重大举措。从一般本科生到国防生有一个转变的过程,从国防生再到"合格军官"更需要一个较长的过程。而现在的国防生军政素质培养较多集中在把国防生培养成合格军人方面,对于军官素质的培养则还没有引起各方足够的重视。因此,通过多种途径提高他们的管理能力以适应部队工作的要求,是依托培养工作面临的一个重要课题。

The current system of national defense education usually focuses on military and political aspects,and general training for the students to become qualified soldiers,but it doesn’t pay enough attention to quality education for future officers. Therefore,in order to adapt the changed requirements,the improvement of university education and management training for future officers of the army is an important goal for china’s national defense. As part of this,a transformation and upgrade of the military academic education are taking place,from the general undergraduate level to specific national defense graduate level. This transformation is a long process,requiring considerable effort.
