Research on Planning and Developing Subject about Military Requirements Engineering

军事需求工程是军事运筹学的一部分,主要解决军事系统建设的有效性问题。为此,对军事需求工程学科方向的规划与建设进行了研究,着重探讨了军事需求工程的学科方向总体规划、教学内容体系和网络课程建设。研究指出,将新知识、新成果充实进来,实现军事需求工程学科方向发展的高层次和高起点。

A military requirement is a necessary attribute in the military system. Military requirement engineering,which belongs to military operational research,involves a set of activities for guoranteeing the validity of military system,including gathering requirements,making requirements understandable,specifying requirements,and so on. Some problems about planning and developing the subjects about military requirements engineering are studied. Included are subject plan,teaching contents and computer aided education. Teaching contents comprise methodology,technology and application. Computer aided education should adapt well to the curriculum. The authors suggest that the educational concepts should orient to the needs of Information-based warfare and new theories and technologies,which appear in the research,should be included.
