This paper focuses on the physical accomplishments and course design for training joint operational junior commanders under information conditions. It not only figures out the important roles of physical accomplishments in training joint operational junior commanders under information conditions in detail,but works out a relevant physical course system on the basis of the physical analysis of sophisticated military technology （weapons） and battle field magnetic environment as well.
