摘要
综述了骨骼肌卫星细胞与骨骼肌减少症(Sarcopenia)的关系及抗阻训练对卫星细胞的影响,探讨卫星细胞在抗阻训练逆转老年人骨骼肌质量和力量下降过程中的作用。相关研究表明,骨骼肌减少症的发生伴随着II型肌纤维萎缩及卫星细胞含量减少;抗阻训练能够促进II型肌纤维特异性增生肥大,逆转卫星细胞的减少并激活卫星细胞增殖。这些研究提示,肌卫星细胞在抗阻训练对抗骨骼肌减少症中发挥重要作用。
The authors gave an overview of the relations between skeleton muscle satellite cells and skeleton muscle dwindling symptom(sarcopenia) and the effects of anti-resistance training on satellite cells,probed into the functions of satellite cells in the process of anti-resistance training reversing the reduction of skeleton muscle mass and strength of the elderly,and revealed the following findings: the occurrence of sarcopenia came with the atrophy of type II muscle fibers and the decrease of satellite cell content;anti-resistance training could promote type II muscle fibers to maintain isomeric hyperplasia and hypertrophy,reverse the reduction of satellite cells,and activate the multiplication of satellite cells.These researches indicated that muscle satellite cells play an important role in anti-resistance training counteracting sarcopenia.
