庐山重大社会活动气象保障服务的实践与思考

Practice and thinking on weather service for important social activities in Lushan

本文从庐山降水特征、应急预案流程、服务组织与机制、中短期预报、短时临近预报、服务技巧和服务总结等方面,并以两次国际性会议的气象保障服务为例,阐述了庐山重大社会活动气象保障服务的基本思路与做法。结果表明:深入研究本地区天气活动规律和气候特征是基础;建立健全完善气象保障服务应急预案流程是条件;充分发挥现代化气象装备的作用和长、中、短临预报相结合是手段;认真负责紧贴服务讲究技巧是关键。

Based on the precipitation features of Lushan,emergency plan flow,service organization and mechanism,mid and short forecast,approaching forecast,service skill and service summary,this paper elaborates the basic thinking and practice on weather service for important social activities in Lushan by taking the example of weather service in two international sessions.The results show that to study deeply on the local weather activity discipline and climatic feature is the foundation;to perfectly establish a emergency pre-scheme of weather service is the condition;to give full play to effect of modern weather equipment and to combine long,mid and short forecast is the method,and to cling service with exquisite skill and chariness and responsibility is the key.
