海南省自动气象站监控系统建设

Development of monitoring system of automatic weather station in Hainan province

本文以海南省为例,通过.NET和GIS技术建立海南省自动气象站监控系统,对各市县气象局遥测自动站、区域自动气象站、海岛自动站等各类观测资料进行实时监控,并为故障站点发送报障短信,实现了市县局—省气象信息中心—国家局的数据传输全程监控,为自动站数据传输提供高保障性。

Taking the example of Hainan province,we developed monitoring system of automatic weather station based on NET and GIS technology.The system can real-time monitor observation data of remote automatic station,regional automatic weather station and island automatic station of meteorological bureau in all cities and counties.It sends SMS to the broken station and realizes full path data monitoring from county bureau to provincial meteorological information center and national bureau that can provide high security of data transmission.
