摘要
目的:了解神经症患者的脑电图改变。方法:对78例神经症患者的脑电图进行分析。结果:78例神经症患者脑电图轻度异常18例,中度异常4例。结论:各型神经症以及男、女性患者脑电图表现无显著差异,脑电图改变说明大脑皮质兴奋性增高同时存在兴奋与抑制的失调。
Objective：To study the EEG changes of patients with neurosis.Method：The EEG of 78 patients with neurosis was analysized.Result：In 78 patients with neurosis,18 cases were mild abnormal,4 cases were moderate abnormal.Conclusion：significant difference was found among different types of neurises and male and female patients′s EEG manifestation,the EEG changes showed that the cerebral cortex′s excitement increase and the maladjustment between excitement and inhibition.
