摘要
计算机技术发展迅速,要求高职学院能够及时捕捉并反馈就业市场信息,使所开设的专业课程能适应社会的变化和需求,这就需要对专业课程的设置进行柔性管理,通过就业分析调查小组的"就业分析"及时调整专业方向,应用"职业分析"进行课程模块设置和实训项目设置,实现自下而上的课程设置,使课程教学具有活力和生命力,使高职学生能够立足于社会,真正做到教育服务于社会。
The rapid development of computer technology require higher vocational colleges timely to obtain employment information so that their curriculum can meet the needs of social changes.For this purpose,the setting of curriculum needs pliable managements,and the "employment analysis" of the analytical and investigatory employment group should timely adjust major orientation and set the curriculum and the practical programs by the use of "professional analysis" so that the curriculum are of vigor and vitality and what the students learn can meet the needs of the society.
