摘要
为了解决阿塞拜疆地区钻井液施工中密度偏高、泥页岩水化膨胀严重、泥页岩坍塌、膨润土含量不易控制、泥饼摩阻普遍偏大等问题。经室内实验和现场应用,确定出了钻井施工的可行性技术方案和适度分散、强抑制性的KCl-聚合物钻井液。现场应用表明,该钻井液具有良好的包被抑制性、流变性能和较低的黏度,可将滤失量降到3.0~3.5mL或更低,同时保证了泥饼具有薄、韧、滑的质量,保证了该地区钻井施工的顺利,解决了该油田钻井施工的技术难题,为聚合物高密度钻井液的继续完善打下良好的基础。
KCl-polymer drilling fluid was developed for overcoming the drilling problems in Azerbaijan,such as high mud density,heavy swelling of mud shale,collapsing and high friction of mud cake.Field application showed that KCl-polymer drilling fluid had good inhibitive and rheological performance with low viscosity,filter loss was reduced to 3.0-3.5 mL or even lower.High quality of the mud cake met the requirement and made drilling smoothly.
