摘要
石油勘探开发过程中,由于大斜度井、水平井以及页岩气井等复杂井的日趋增多,环保法规日益严格,对钻井液的性能提出了更高要求。由于天然气制备的气制油,具有黏度低、无多环芳烃,生物降解能力强、热稳定性好等特点,因而与常规油基钻井液相比,采用气制油为基础油配制的钻井液具有如下优点:黏度低,有利于提高钻井速度;当量循环密度低,有利于防止井漏、井喷、井塌等井下复杂情况的发生;与各种处理剂配伍性好,性能容易调控;毒性低,可直接排放,环境保护性能好,该钻井液具有广阔的发展前景。对气制油的性质,气制油钻井液的性能及现场应用情况进行了综述。
The advantages of gas to liquids(GTL),which is made by the natural gas,such as low viscosity,no polycyclic aromatic,good biodegrability and heat resistance etc.,are summarized in this paper.Due to the GTL based drilling fluid,ROP has been increased while down hole troubles like mud loss,blowout and collapsing have been minimized.Furthermore,its excellent compatibility with other commonly used additives and low toxicity are more competitive than the regular oil-based drilling fluid.
