摘要
海安区块位于浙江油田苏北盆地海安凹陷曲塘次凹南部斜坡带,地层黏土矿物含量高,水化膨胀能力强,该区块上部地层造浆严重,易缩径;中下部地层存在石膏层、矿化度高,易污染钻井液;下部地层特殊岩性发育,易造成井壁坍塌。采用了强抑制性聚磺硅氟成膜钻井液,增强了钻井液的抗黏土、抗石膏以及抗盐的污染能力;控制了地层缩径、井壁垮塌,较好地解决了钻头泥包、起钻拔活塞、下钻划眼、电测遇阻卡等问题;该钻井液在13口井的应用中取得了明显的效果,保证了该钻井液的性能稳定,满足了该地区钻井施工的要求。
For the high clay content and gypsum,hydration and swelling of formation is hard to be inhibited in Block Haian located in Zhejiang oilfield.Based on the analysis of the formations characteristics,the high inhibitive polysulfonate silicated fluorine film forming drilling fluid is developed to solve the down hole troubles,and the capabilities of anti-clay and salt-resisting have been enhanced,drilling difficulties including bit balling,reaming and sticking in the past have been overcome as well.Field application in 13 wells was very successful.
