摘要
针对柴达木盆地台南气田气层埋藏浅、层数多、防窜难;孔隙度高、裂缝集中、漏失严重;盐层厚、地层水矿化度高等影响固井质量的技术难题,对固井液技术进行了研究。在表层固井中采用了掺有抗盐降失水剂和促凝早强剂的抗盐防窜水泥浆技术;在气层套管固井中采用了纤维、弹性颗粒复合堵漏技术,并应用了防窜膨胀水泥浆,用稀水泥浆作隔离液;并且均用处理后的地层水配浆,较好地解决了盐岩浅层气井固井井漏、气窜严重、固井成功率低的问题,很大程度地提高了固井质量,促进了钻井的提速。
Many cementing difficulties in Tainan gas field Qaidam basin arose from shallow buried gas pay zone,too many layers,high porosity,centralized fractures,severe mud loss,thick salt bed and high salinity formation water.To solve these problems,salt-resisting and anti-channeling cement slurry technology in surface hole,compound sealing technology in capital string,anti-channeling swelling cement slurry technology and spacer fluid are developed,which improve the cementing quality and drilling rate successfully.
