摘要
本文介绍了一种立窑水泥生料质量控制装置,本装置以IPC总线工业控制机作为控制核心,由多元素分析仪在线检测CaO、Fe2O3含量,采用预测自校正和PID控制相结合的控制算法,并能与上位机进行通讯。实际运行结果表明本装置是目前技术上较为先进,经济上较为合理的一种,可以明显地提高水泥的产量和质量。
This paper presents a control device of unprocessed material quality for vertical kiln cement. The device regards industrial controller of IPC bus as the core of control.Multielement analyzer detects the content of CaO and Fe2O3 on line. The control algorithm combines prediction self-tuning with PID control. The device can communicate with superior computer. Operating result indicates that the device is advanced and economical at present. It with distinctly improves the output and quality. The device has a bright future of application and dissemination.
