ISO9001质量管理体系是国际公认的质量管理标准,可用于提高各种类型组织的管理质量和水平,具有广泛的适用性。在我国社会考试服务中引入ISO9001质量管理体系,不仅具备现实可行性,而且有助于提高我国社会考试管理和服务的水平,为解决社会考试管理中存在的问题提供有效的途径,具有一定的现实意义。

ISO9001 quality management system is a set of internationally recognized quality management standards,which can be used for all types of organizations to improve the quality and level of management with a wide range of applicability.This paper holds that the introduction of ISO9001 quality management standard system into the social examination service in China is not only feasible,but also necessary in that it helps enhance the management and service of the examination and provide an effective means of solving problems in management.
