摘要
随着高等教育的快速发展和人事制度改革的不断深入,大量编外人员已成为学校重要的人力资源组成部分。高校派遣制员工身份归属和实际使用相分离、归属感不强、难以得到平等对待、流动性大、更加关注自身能力提高的特点,使其具有明显的心理契约特征:一是以工作绩效换取可持续的就业能力;二是"双重雇员"身份;三是不稳定性;四是易破裂性和违背性。
With the rapid development of higher education and the deepening of reform of personnel system,a large number of supernumerary staff to carry out the work the school has become an important part of human resources.This paper describes the form of dispatching labor,combined with both dispatch and the university's own characteristics,summarized the characteristics of university staff to send the system.Thus,a trial introduction of psychological contract theory,the proposed system of university staff to send the characteristics of psychological contract,which forms for the college to expand employment to provide a good theoretical support.
