市场经济条件下高职师德建设的对策研究

Analysis of Countermeasure of Teachers' Morality of Higher Vocational Education under Condition of Market Economy

市场经济作为一种经济体制,具有自主性、开放性、竞争性和平等性等特点。市场经济能够为高职师德建设吸引优秀的人才、推动师德新观念的发展;同时,市场经济亦能造成高职教师队伍的动荡,导致部分高职教师价值观出现偏差。因此应当通过制度完善、思想建设等对策最大限度地发挥市场经济对高职师德建设的积极作用,抑制其消极作用,加强高职师德建设,以适应新时期高等职业教育事业改革和发展的要求。

Market economy as an economic system,with the characteristics of autonomy,openness,competition and equality,can attract talented people for the teaching team of higher vocational education and enhance the development of teachers’ morality.On the other hand,market economy can also lead to instability of teaching team and deviation from the sense of value.Therefore,the article proposes some countermeasures that the improvement of the system and ideological construction can maximize the positive role of market economy in the construction of teachers’morality and restrain the negative side so as to meet the needs of the reform in higher vocational education of the new era.
