总结昆明冶金高等专科学校人才培养的实践经验,提出:要有效培养高技能人才,必须营造有利于企业高技能人才成长的良好氛围,实施高技能人才培养工程,加强校企联合,建立一批高技能人才培养基地,加快培养一大批数量充足、结构合理、素质优良的技术技能型、复合技能型和知识技能型人才。

The paper summarizes the experiences in personnel training of Kunming Metallurgy College,introduces that it is necessary to construct good atmosphere for the high skilled personnel to grow up,implement high skilled personnel training project,enhance school-enterprise cooperation,speed up cultivation a large number of sufficient quantity,reasonable structure,quality of technical skills-based,complex skills and knowledge and skills-based high-skilled personnel.
