以企业文化粘合“三力”,提升企业竞争力

摘要 通过30年的改革开放,我国企业逐步成长壮大起来,但相对于发达国家企业而言,我国企业竞争力仍然十分弱小。面对正在席卷全球的金融危机,我国企业能否沉着应对,在逆境中求得生存和发展,关键取决于竞争力的强弱。所以,倾力打造企业"三力",即学习力、创新力和执行力,是提高我国企业竞争力的关键。同时,企业应以优秀的企业文化来粘合"三力",切实提升企业竞争力,从而赢得长期发展的主动权和竞争优势。 With 30 years' reform and opening up,Chinese enterprises gradually grow up,but compared with the developed countries,the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises are still very weak.In face of the global financial crisis,Chinese enterprises can survive and develop or not in adversity,the key depends on its competitive strength.Therefore,building the "three forces" which are learning ability,creativity and execution is the key to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises.Meanwhile,enterprises should take good culture to adhere the "three forces",effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to win the initiative and leading competitive advantage in long-term development.
