摘要
目的观察干酪乳杆菌(L.caseiZhang)肽聚糖(peptidoglycan,PG)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数及巨噬细胞表面C3b受体的影响。方法应用酵母菌体外吞噬法观察巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;应用伊红染色法计数酵母细胞花环(Yc-花环)形成率;应用动物实验法进行小鼠毒性试验。结果 L.caseiZhang PG组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数分别为67.69±7.08和2.11±0.39,明显高于对照组的31.22±4.18和0.78±0.14,差异有显著性。L.caseiZhang PG组巨噬细胞表面Yc-花环形成率为60.01±4.02,明显高于对照组的35.07±5.71,差异有显著性。毒性试验结果显示,连续观察一周L.caseiZhang PG组小鼠,小鼠均无耸毛、消瘦或食欲不振等中毒现象。结论 L.caseiZhang PG对巨噬细胞有一定的激活作用,能提高其吞噬功能,且安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effects of L.casei Zhang peptidoglycan on the phagocytosis rate,phagocytosis index and surface C3b receptor of microphage in mice.Methods The phagocytic function of microphage was detected by yeast in vitro;the yeast rosette(Yc rosette) forming rate was detected by eosin staining;the toxicity of L.casei Zhang peptidoglycan on animal was tested in mice.Results The phagocytosis rate and index of peritoneal microphage stimulated by L.casei Zhang peptidoglycan were 67.69±7.08 and 2.11±0.39,respectively and significantly higher than those in control(31.22±4.18 and 0.78±0.14).The Yc rosette formation in surface of macrophage in L.casei Zhang peptidoglycan group was 60.01±4.02,significantly higher than that of control group(35.07±5.71),and showed statistical differences.The toxicity test showed that there re no signs such as setting up the wool,becoming emaciated and having a delicate appetite,etc.and all of them survived.Conclusion L.casei Zhang peptidoglycan can activate the microph ing.age and promote the function of its phagocytosis and safe for us.
